Terms of Use
What using Pianonadu means
Reading Pianonadu, following its practice suggestions or acting on its gear notes means you accept these terms. They set out what the blog offers and what you remain responsible for as a player, parent or buyer. Questions can go to [email protected].
General information about music and instruments
Articles on piano, music education and gear are general information and personal opinion, not professional tuition, technician work or safety certification. Every player, hand size, room and budget is different, so progress will vary. Practice for long stretches with attention to posture and take breaks; if you feel pain in your hands, wrists or arms, stop and consult a qualified health professional. Adjusting a piano’s internal parts, moving a heavy upright or wiring mains-powered equipment can cause injury or damage, so follow the maker’s manual and use a qualified piano technician or electrician where needed. Gear comments are not guarantees of how a product will perform for you.
Ownership of content
The text, structure and original material on Pianonadu belong to the operator or are used with permission. Quoting a brief extract with a clear credit and a pointer back to the page is fine, and so is sharing a link with a fellow student. Republishing articles, copying exercises or lists in bulk, or using them in paid products requires written permission.
Using the site properly
Do not attempt to break into the site, flood it with automated requests, scrape it at scale, spread malicious code or use it to send spam. Anything illegal is off limits here. We may block a visitor or a connection when that is the way to keep the blog usable for other readers.
What you send us
When you submit a question, correction, topic idea or recording description, you confirm you are entitled to share it. You allow us to read it and use the idea to improve Pianonadu, without any duty to reply or publish it.
Advertising, affiliate links and outside sites
Pianonadu may show advertising and may include affiliate links to retailers of pianos, keyboards, headphones and similar items, which can earn the operator a small commission at no added cost to you. A commission never rewrites the verdict in a review. Music shops, lesson platforms, sheet music sellers and manufacturers that you reach this way sit outside our control, and we cannot answer for their prices, stock, teaching quality or the accuracy of what they publish. Before paying for an instrument or a course, check the current price, delivery terms and return conditions on the seller’s own page.
Warranties and liability
Pianonadu is offered in its current state, with no promise that every page will be available at all times. As far as the law permits, the operator does not promise that articles will be accurate or complete, and is not liable for loss or damage resulting from use of the site or from relying on its advice about playing, learning or buying. Rights you have under mandatory law stay intact, and so does any liability the law does not allow to be excluded.
Changes and severability
These terms and the blog itself may be changed as the site grows, and the new wording applies from the moment it appears on this page. If a part of these terms is held unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.
